The NEMA 4X (IP66) sealed M20U6-N33 medical mouse is a fully enclosed Plug-n-Play pointing device that is offered to Systems Integrators and Commercial End Users. The space-saving design utilizes the original Industrial Mouse™ (Joystick Cursor Controller) mouse pointer with a blue "left click" button and a Three (3) Button Switchpad for the left, middle, and right mouse buttons. The heavy duty switchpad is layered with thick "hard gold" contacts and the white elastomer has molded "hard carbon" pill contacts that has been proven to provide more than 10 years of reliable, maintenance free, service. The white elastomer has a 2mm key travel which provides excellent tactile feel, even while wearing gloves, but most impressive is the impermeable molecular barrier sealing protection obtained from a Parylene C conformal coating process. This hygienic medical mouse is impervious to infectious pathogens or carcinogenic compounds with allows complete removal by proper decontamination, sanitization, or sterilization procedures.

This Plug-n-Play hygienic medical mouse / cleanroom pointing device is sealed (water resistant) in the finest grade of stainless steel or an iridited painted aluminum. The metal enclosure has a gasket sealed bottom plate with closed foam cushion padding for operator comfort. The 9.5 foot USB cable is secured through a specially designed white PVC strain relief which is Parylene C coated. Optionally, a USB bulkhead cable is available if the USB port is behind a panel or cabinet. The Parylene C coated medical mouse is a very precise finger controlled pointer, it is the most reliable cursor controller.

As a Plug-n-Play medical mouse or cleanroom pointing device, this hygienic cursor controller can be confidently installed with an assurance of high reliability and long term durability. Applications include managing infection control in healthcare facilities or managing exposure and/or contamination control in chemical, biological, or pharmaceutical research laboratories and other cleanroom facilities such as semiconductor, lithography, and manufacturing. To maintain a clean appearance in these facilities a convenient anodized aluminum M2000 holder/cradle can be easily secured alongside any machine or cabinet.
