M2000-Nx Series - NEMA 4X (IP66) Analog Industrial Motion Controller:
These rugged NEMA 4X (IP66) sealed analog controllers are designed for use as an operator interface in industrial environments for precision motion control of numerous analog devices including DC motor control, Stepper Motors, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), etc. The M2000-Nx Series is a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product which is readily manufactured based upon a customer's individual specifications.
The NEMA 4X (IP66) stainless steel enclosure is designed for limited-space applications; it features a gasket sealed bottom plate with rubber feet to prevent movement or slippage on dirty, wet, surfaces. With an 8 pin NEMA 4 (IP66) connection (Shell and Plug) it provides X and Y axis voltage outputs, center voltage reference, and optional one or two pushbutton voltage outputs. A variety of Input/Output Voltage selections (+5V, +10V, +12V, +24V, ±5V, ±10V, ±12V Inputs) are provided to encompass a broad range of applications spanning Industrial, Medical, and Military markets. Its design is the perfect solution where washing off of debris, harsh oils and/or abrasive chemicals is required.
The M2000-Nx Series has all the features of the Industrial Mouse™ family, and with optional one or two pushbuttons on the joystick it allows the operator to conveniently perform controlled functions; while wearing heavy duty gloves. A selection of eight different joystick knobs allows for unlimited possibilities to suit your applications' unique needs. (Joystick options include conformal coating of PCB to protect against rapid changes in temperature or high humidity environments. Low Temperature Components to survive and operate in -40°C to +80°C temperature range. Also, these joysticks can be manufactured with an electrical "Safety" indicator known as the Optical Neutral Switch which is activated upon spring return to center.)
In addition, CTI Electronics Corporation also offers an anodized aluminum M2000 holder for convenient placement and storage of the M2000-Nx series Motion Controller. The aluminum holder has pre-drilled holes for simple screw mounting alongside any machine or cabinet. CTI also offers a full one (1) year warranty protection on the M2000-Nx series.

These low-profile joystick knobs feature a fully sealed push-button switch with gold contacts. Rated with one million actuations, these push-button switches are sure to meet high standards for reliability and durability. The N3 joystick is held in a stainless steel enclosure, providing near-waterproof sealing and making it the ideal choice for harsh or wet environments and limited-space applications. The enclosure includes a gasket-sealed bottom plate with rubber feet. An anodized aluminum M2000 holder is available for convenient storage of the M2003-N3 Series handheld analog joystick. The holder has holes for simple screw mounting along side any machine or cabinet.

The M20U9T-Nx Series Handheld USB Joysticks are used as motion control devices (USB Joystick a.k.a. sidewinder joystick or flight simulator) allowing up to three axis of control with up to eight designer-defined button functions.
This series features the USB Joystick (FlightStick Technology) in a space saving, NEMA 4X (IP66) sealed, stainless steel enclosure; designed for handheld or limited space applications. This design is the perfect solution for harsh or wet environments requiring rugged industrial motion control devices (a.k.a. sidewinder joystick) and near waterproof sealing. The standard USB Joysticks have all the features of the FlightStick technology family; and when combined with the low profile, N3 joystick knob, it can be held in one hand and easily operated with the other hand. The three sealed switches perform any three designer-defined functions.
The stainless steel enclosure with gasket sealed bottom plate has rubber feet. Options include joystick knob, various application specific options, including an optional bulkhead waterproof cable assembly for simple installation of the cable through metal cabinets.
