OEM Keyboard – The keyboard Printed Circuit Board(s) is thick gold plated and covered with a rubber elastomer and optionally a PS/2 or USB cable. This Open Frame (exposed) electronics is delivered to an Original Equipment Manufacturer to mount into a sealed enclosure or panel. To provide a true NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing in extreme operating temperature conditions (-40°C to +85°C), CTI recommends that the enclosure be fabricated from metal not plastic.

Panel Mount Keyboard – The OEM Keyboard and an Industrial Mouse™ pointing device are mounted into a stainless steel bezel with either a PS/2 or USB cable. This Open Frame (exposed) electronics is delivered to an OEM or Systems Integrator for easy drop-in installation onto a panel or cabinet.

Plug-n-Play Keyboard – The OEM Keyboard and sometimes a mouse are mounted into a stainless steel or aluminum enclosure with a PS/2 or USB cable. Optionally a bulkhead cable is used when the computer port is behind a panel or cabinet. These NEMA 4/4X (IP66) sealed keyboards are delivered to SIs and Commercial End Users for installation into harsh environments.

Rack Mount Keyboard – The Plug-n-Play Keyboard is mounted onto a rack drawer with standard side rails, extension rails (if necessary). and a patented folding door for ease of use by the operator. These 19" rack mount keyboards are delivered to SIs and CEUs for installation.

The non-backlit KI6800, KI8800, KI9800, KIA6800, KIA9800, KIO6800, and KIO7800 series of rugged industrial keyboards offer the Original Equipment Manufacturer a NEMA 4 (IP66) watertight sealing. The ArrowMouse™ and OrbitalMouse® pointing devices are integrated into the KIA and KIO series.

The KIF8900 and KIF9900 series of panel mounted keyboards provide the OEM and Systems Integrator a convenient drop-in stainless steel bezel with threaded PEM studs for quickly securing to a panel, cabinet, or enclosure. The original high precision Industrial Mouse™ pointing device offers high reliability and durability in the most demanding environments.

The sealed KI6000, KI8000, KI9000, KIA6000, KIA9000, KIF6000, KIF8000, KIF9000, KIO6000, KIO7000, KIO8000, KIO9000, KIT2000, and KIT6000 series industrial keyboards are enclosed in aluminum or stainless steel. OEM Pointing Devices – CTI's Pointing Devices include the ArrowMouse™, OrbitalMouse®, and Industrial Mouse™ cursor control technologies. These pointing devices have a digital interface Printed Circuit Board sometimes covered with a rubber elastomer and optionally a PS/2, USB cable, or a legacy RS-232 interface. This Open Frame (exposed) electronics is delivered to an Original Equipment Manufacturer to mount into a sealed enclosure, panel, or cabinet. These NEMA 4/4X (IP66) sealed pointing devices are delivered to Systems Integrators and Commercial End Users for immediate installation into harsh environments.

The non-backlit AP2000, F10x0, F80x0, OM2000, OM2200, and OM2300 series, and OM20U2 model are NEMA 4 (IP66) watertight sealing mouse pointing devices that offer the Original Equipment Manufacturer a high performance, reliable, drift free cursor. The ArrowMouse™, Industrial Mouse™, and OrbitalMouse® pointers have a USB or PS/2 interface.

The H2xx9-Nx and H20x1-Nx series, and H10x0-Nx model provide the OEM and Systems Integrator a convenient steel bezel to mount under panel and quick connection with USB or PS/2 cabling. These panel mounted pointing devices can use the N5, N2, N24, N54, N3, N33, N63, or N34 Industrial Mouse™ joystick knobs.

The M20Ux-Nx-7P, M20U1-Nx-7P, M20x9-Nx, M20x1-Nx, M20x9-OM, M90x9-Nx, and M90x9-OM series industrial pointing devices are enclosed in stainless steel. Systems Integrators and commercial end users can reduce deployment times and costs with these plug-n-play industrial human machine interface pointing devices.

Backlit OEM pointing devices include the AP2000-Bx, OM2000-Bx, OM2200-Bx, and OM2300-Bx series, and OM20U2-Bx model. Typical Red or Green LEDs can be illuminated through ten (10) levels of brightness.

The Plug-n-Play M2000-N24 model is design for the commercial end user that requires an industrial grade pointing device that can be easily disinfected and sanitized. The high precision Industrial Mouse™ pointer is offered with a USB or PS/2 interface.

OEM Analog Joystick – The OEM Analog Joystick (also considered a Motion Control Device) uses an inductive based technology and thus provides no mechanical wear such as potentiometer, hall-effect, and contacting based technologies. These rugged NEMA sealing joysticks come with four threaded metal inserts to ensure a quick, easy, watertight sealing. The analog interface Printed Circuit Board is attached to the joystick via a ribbon cable which allows placement adjacent to the joystick thus minimizing the below depth panel requirement. This Open Frame (exposed) electronics is delivered to an Original Equipment Manufacturer to mount into a sealed enclosure or panel. To provide a true NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing in extreme operating temperature conditions (-40°C to +85°C), CTI recommends that the enclosure be fabricated from metal not plastic.

The high precision analog inductive joysticks are offered in non-pushbutton, pushbutton, single, dual, or three axes configurations. The N5, N2, N24, N54, N3, N33, N63, N34, N82, N84 can be tailored to the specific needs of the application.

Soon to arrive is a line of optical joysticks that will have high immunity to EMI/RFI, vibration, and shock. This line will be able to scale in size, both smaller and larger, and operate at lower power consumption.

The OEM F1000-N24 analog joystick offers a white colored joystick knob and boot for easy detection of contaminants and/or debris. The NEMA 4 (IP66) watertight sealing allows for cleaning with germicides and chemical sterilizing agents.

The H-Series line of inductive analog joysticks has been replaced by the F-Series line of inductive analog joysticks.

OEM Trackball – CTI's specially formulated ball material retains its sphere in extreme operating temperature conditions (-40°C to +80°C). This ball is framed with a metal or plastic housing using stainless steel shafts, ABEC grade bearings, dual optical encoders, providing a MTBF > 100,000 hours and a MIL-HDBK-217F rating. These aerospace grade trackballs have a NEMA 4 (IP65) sealing in static position and NEMA 12 (IP54) in dynamic motion. The housed Printed Circuit Board offers quadrature output via a 10-pin connector. This Open Frame (exposed) electronics is used by an Original Equipment Manufacturer to mount into a sealed enclosure or panel.

Panel Mount Trackball – A digital interface PCB is combined with the OEM Trackball, mounted into a metal plate with cover (enclosed) and offers either a PS/2 or USB cable. Optionally, these trackball can be protected from intense vibration or exposure to high humidity, condensation, or extreme operating temperature conditions. These enclosed mouse pointing devices are used by Systems Integrators and Commercial End Users for easy drop-in installation onto a panel or cabinet.

The T6XXX, T7XXX, and T1XXX/T8XXX series of aerospace grade trackballs are MIL-HDBK-217F rated. These consist of a specially formulated high density ball with stainless steel shafts, ABEC 7 bearings, dual optical encoders, and Teflon retainer. Also available is a Serial (RS-232, RS-422, RS-485), PS/2, or USB interface PCB for these industrial trackballs.

The T6000, T7000, T1000, T4000, T70x3, T10x3, and T40x3 series provide the OEM and Systems Integrator an enclosed panel mount pointing device for rapid installing into a panel, cabinet, or enclosure. A USB or PS/2 cable allows quick connect/disconnect to computers ports.

OEM Motion Controller – An OEM Analog Joystick combined with a digital interface Printed Circuit Board offers CTI's USB Flightstick technology (a.k.a. HID-Compliant Game Controller). CTI's NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing industrial switches offer the Application Developer separately defined button functionality. This Open Frame (exposed) electronics is used by an Original Equipment Manufacturer to mount into a sealed enclosure, panel, or cabinet. To provide a true NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing in extreme operating temperature conditions (-40°C to +85°C), CTI recommends that the enclosure be metal not plastic.

Panel Mount Motion Controller – The OEM Motion Controller with the USB Flightstick technology is mounted into a stainless steel bezel with a USB cable. These motion controllers offer either one or three NEMA 4 (IP66) sealed industrial switches for the Application Developer to define additional user control functionality, by pressing any one or combination, if necessary. These Open Frame (exposed) electronics are used by OEMs and Systems Integrators for easy drop-in installation onto a panel or cabinet.

Plug-n-Play Motion Controller – The OEM Motion Controller is mounted into a sealed stainless steel enclosure providing either an analog (voltage) or a digital (USB) signal. For USB, a standard cable is used or a bulkhead cable if the connection to the computer port is behind a panel or cabinet. These NEMA 4X (IP66) sealed motion control devices are used by SIs and Commercial End Users for installation into harsh environments.

The F10U0T-Nx, F80UxT-Nx, and F1020-Nx-Pxxxx series are NEMA 4 (IP66) watertight sealing digital motion control devices that offer the Original Equipment Manufacturer a high performance, reliable, drift free human machine interface controller. The USB Flightstick (HID-compliant game controller) technology plugs directly into a computers USB port. The Serial (RS-232, RS-422, RS-485) motion controller allows communication across much greater distances.

The H2xU9T-Nx and H2xU1T-Nx series provide the OEM and Systems Integrator a convenient steel bezel to mount under panel and quick connection with USB cabling. The USB Flightstick (HID-compliant game controller) technology plugs directly into a computers USB port.

Systems Integrators and commercial end users with a need for finished hand held or desktop solution can reduce deployment times and development costs with these plug-n-play industrial human machine interface controllers. Contained in stainless steel enclosures these motion controllers provide either an analog signal (voltage) or digital signal (USB) for motion control.

OEM Industrial Switches –CTI's NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing rubber (elastomer) industrial switches are used typically for logic level switching (low level current less than 10mA). These Syn-Proof™ or Parylene coated momentary switches provide a barrier to harsh chemicals and bio-hazardous substances with a choice of single, three, or six buttons and optional LED backlighting. Custom offerings are available with any number of buttons and/or unique legends (silkscreened graphics). The C2000, C6000, and C9000 series of NEMA 4 (IP66) watertight sealing momentary switches provide one, three, or six discreet buttons. OEMs can use these low voltage signal (typically <24vdc, <20mA) switches, with or without backlighting, in harsh environments, extreme temperature ranges, or in areas of high usage (>100,000 hours).
