Industrial Motion Controllers

OEM USB Joysticks are used as motion controller devices (USB Joystick or flight simulator) allowing up to three axis of control.  Using a Windows® Operating System with the Microsoft® HID Driver Interface an Application Developer can quickly implement a motion control application. These advanced motion controllers have many applications such as camera motion control, parker motion controls, stepper motor motion controls, and variable frequency drives. This device also uses the same USB HID Compliant Game Controller technology as a Microsoft Sidewinder®.

The USB FlightStick (flight simulator) are industrial motion control devices that offers real-time response rates with pin-point precise accuracy for a broad range of application possibilities. These industrial motion control computer devices are ideally suited for harsh environments, precision instruments, and restricted spaces. OEM Motion Controllers

The panel mount version of the motion control USB Joystick built as one complete assembly attached to a stainless steel bezel for simple under panel installation. A neoprene gasket is provided, which in combination with a six-screw mounting pattern, provides NEMA 4X (IP66) sealing in a small footprint. This design is perfect for harsh or wet environments requiring rugged computer controlled motion controllers. (USB FlightStick). This device also uses the same USB HID Compliant Game Controller technology as a Microsoft Sidewinder®.

These standard industrial motion control devices have all the features of the FlightStick technology family; including choice of ten joystick knobs, and are available in versions compatible with most Windows® Operating systems. The three button sealed switches perform up to three user-defined functions, allowing the operator to select or control motion.

Panel Mount Motion Controllers

This series features Digital (USB Joystick) Motion Controllers in a space saving, NEMA 4X (IP66) sealed, stainless steel enclosure; designed for handheld or limited space applications. This design is the perfect solution for harsh or wet environments requiring rugged industrial motion control devices and near waterproof sealing. The standard USB Joystick has all the features of the F1000 Series family; and can be held in one hand and easily operated with the other hand. The three sealed switches perform any three designer-defined functions. These industrial joysticks provide advanced motion control for aerospace, industrial, medical, and military fields. 


Plug-n-Play Motion Controllers (USB)

This series features the Analog Motion Controllers in a space saving, NEMA 4X (IP66) sealed, stainless steel enclosure; designed for handheld or limited space applications. This design is the perfect solution for harsh or wet environments requiring rugged industrial motion control devices and near waterproof sealing. The standard Analog has all the features of the F1000 Series family; and can be held in one hand and easily operated with the other hand. The three sealed switches perform any three designer-defined functions. These industrial joysticks provide advanced motion control for aerospace, industrial, medical, and military fields.
