The T1000 Series of industrial trackballs have a very small 2.63 inch square footprint design. These precision pointing devices require 1.25 inches of below panel depth for the quadrature model, and 1.75 inches for units with an interface PCB (Industrial Mouse™ Trackball Mouse Pointer). The 2.0 inch (350mm) diameter industrial trackballs can withstand over 30g forces. CTI’s industrial trackballs mount to the panel with four screws and comes with a neoprene gasket; which combined with the formed Teflon sealing ring in the anodized aluminum housing is NEMA 12 (IP54) sealed. The unit is protected from below with a blue anodized aluminum cover that also includes a drain hole.
These industrial trackballs and trackball mouse pointers combine all the high reliability features of CTI’s trackballs, with an encoder resolution of either 960 or 480 per rotation, or divisions thereof.
