Custom offerings are available with any number of buttons and/or unique legends (silkscreened graphics). This Open Frame (exposed) electronics is delivered to an Original Equipment Manufacturer or Systems Integrators to mount into a sealed enclosure, panel, or cabinet. To provide a true NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing in extreme operating temperature conditions (-40°C to +85°C), CTI recommends that the enclosure be fabricated from metal not plastic.
The C2000, C6000, and C9000 series of NEMA 4 (IP66) watertight sealing momentary switches provide one, three, or six discreet buttons. OEMs can use these low voltage signal (typically <24vdc, <20mA) switches, with or without backlighting, in harsh environments, extreme temperature ranges, or in areas of high usage (>100,000 hours).
