CTI Electronics designs and builds the most reliable, rugged, NEMA 4 (IP66) and NEMA 12 (IP54) sealed keyboards for use in wet, harsh environments, or critical application. These ruggedized keyboards are available without mouse pointers, or with CTI's rugged, drift-free Industrial Mouse™, OrbitalMouse®, or ArrowMouse™ mouse pointers.
CTI's industrial keyboards are available as Plug-n-Play keyboards, rack mounted keyboards, panel mounted keyboards, and OEM keyboards. CTI Electronics also specializes in custom keyboards, illuminated keyboards, and medical keyboards.

OEM Keyboard NEMA 4 (IP66)
The non-backlit KI6800, KI8800, KI9800, KIA6800, KIA9800, KIO6800, and KIO7800 series of rugged industrial keyboards offer the Original Equipment Manufacturer a NEMA 4 (IP66) watertight sealing. The ArrowMouse™ and OrbitalMouse® pointing devices are integrated into the KIA and KIO series.

Plug-n-Play Keyboard NEMA 4 (IP66) & NEMA 12 (IP54)
The sealed KI6000, KI8000, KI9000, KIA6000, KIA9000, KIF6000, KIF8000, KIF9000, KIO6000, KIO7000, KIO8000, KIO9000, KIT2000, and KIT6000 series industrial keyboards are enclosed in aluminum or stainless steel. Integrated cursor pointing technologies include the ArrowMouse™, Industrial Mouse™, OrbitalMouse®, and trackball mouse.

Panel Mount Keyboard NEMA 4X (IP66)
The KIF8900 and KIF9900 series of panel mounted keyboards provide the OEM and Systems Integrator a convenient drop-in stainless steel bezel with threaded PEM studs for quickly securing to a panel, cabinet, or enclosure. The original high precision Industrial Mouse™ pointing device offers high reliability and durability in the most demanding environments.

Rackmount Keyboard NEMA 4 (IP66) & NEMA 12 (IP54)
The KI3700, KIA3700, KIF3700, KIO3700, and KIT3700 series are mounted on a 19" drawer with sliding rails and a patented folding front door for ergonomic usage. Integrated cursor pointing technologies include the ArrowMouse™, Industrial Mouse™, OrbitalMouse®, and trackball mouse.

Medical Keyboard NEMA 4 (IP66)
The OEM KI6800 and KIO7800 series along with the Plug-n-Play KI6000, KIF6000, KIO7000,and KIT6000 series keyboards offer a white colored rubber elastomer with a patented Syn-Proof™ coating to protect against bacterial, viral, or chemical penetration into the surface of the medical keyboard.

Mouse Pointers
Industrial Mouse™ pointers from CTI Electronics are the perfect solution for applications requiring rugged, NEMA 4 (IP66) or NEMA 12 (IP54) sealed mouse pointers. The industrial joystick version of CTI's Industrial Mouse™ is available as a mouse pointer or a USB FlightStick®. The OrbitalMouse® and ArrowMouse™ button style mouse pointers are low profile, have excellent tactile response, and provide waterproof sealing.
CTI's industrial pointing devices are available as desktop pointing devices, handheld pointing devices, panel mounted pointing devices, and OEM pointing devices. CTI Electronics also specializes in illuminated pointing devices and custom pointing devices.

Panel Mount Mouse Pointers NEMA 4X (IP66)
The H2xx9-Nx and H20x1-Nx series, and H10x0-Nx model provide the OEM and Systems Integrator a convenient steel bezel to mount under panel and quick connection with USB or PS/2 cabling. These panel mounted pointing devices can use the N5, N2, N24, N54, N3, N33, N63, or N34 Industrial Mouse™ joystick knobs.

The M20Ux-Nx-7P, M20U1-Nx-7P, M20x9-Nx, M20x1-Nx, M20x9-OM, M90x9-Nx, and M90x9-OM series industrial pointing devices are enclosed in stainless steel. Medical Handheld Input Devices NEMA 4X (IP66)
Designed and built by CTI, these backlit, drift-free Industrial Mouse™ pointers are extremely reliable in wet, harsh environments, or critical applications. The ArrowMouse™ arrow key mouse pointers allow vertical and horizontal movement of the mouse cursors and both the left and right mouse cursors functionality. The OrbitalMouse® button style mouse pointers are Industrial Mouse™ pointers with a low profile button style pointer. Both the ArrowMouse™ and OrbitalMouse® are constructed of molded silicone, have excellent tactile response, and provide water tight sealing (NEMA 4 (IP66)). Gold plated contacts ensure a very long life with over 10M activations.

Analog OEM Joysticks
CTI's industrial joysticks are extremely precise, highly reliable, rugged, and drift-free. All of CTI's industrial joysticks feature a non-contacting design, which ensures a much longer lifespan than other types of joysticks. These rugged joysticks are ideally suited for harsh environments, precision instruments, and restricted spaces.
These OEM industrial joysticks are available with or without pushbuttons. CTI's single axits and 2 axes models are NEMA 4 (IP66) sealed, while the 3 axis models are NEMA 12 (IP54) sealed. CTI Electronics also specializes in custom joysticks for all applications.

F1000 F-Series Industrial Analog Joystick
The high precision analog inductive joysticks are offered in non-pushbutton, pushbutton, single, dual, or three axes configurations. The N5, N2, N24, N54, N3, N33, N63, N34, N82, N84 can be tailored to the specific needs of the application.

F1000 Series Medical Joystick
The OEM F1000-NX analog joystick offers a white colored joystick knob and boot for easy detection of contaminants and/or debris. The NEMA 4 (IP66) watertight sealing allows for cleaning with germicides and chemical sterilizing agents.

L1000 L-Series Optical Joystick
Soon to arrive is a line of optical joysticks that will have high immunity to EMI/RFI, vibration, and shock. This line will be able to scale in size, both smaller and larger, and operate at lower power consumption.

Trackballs
CTI Electronics offers a high reliability industrial trackballs. These rugged input devices are available as trackball mouse pointers, or with quadrature output.
CTI's industrial trackballs have been in service for over 2 decades without the need for repair; due to the quality of the materials used. CTI's industrial trackballs are available as desktop mouse pointers, panel mounted industrial trackballs (quadrature) and trackball mouse pointers, and OEM industrial trackballs. These industrial trackballs are in service in military, aerospace, process control, medical and other critical applications.

OEM Industrial Trackball NEMA 12 (IP54)
The T6XXX, T7XXX, and T1XXX/T8XXX series of aerospace grade trackballs are MIL-HDBK-217F rated. These consist of a specially formulated high density ball with stainless steel shafts, ABEC 7 bearings, dual optical encoders, and Teflon retainer. Also available is a Serial (RS-232, RS-422, RS-485), PS/2, or USB interface PCB for these industrial trackballs.

Panel Mount Industrial Trackball NEMA 12 (IP54)
The T6000, T7000, T1000, T4000, T70x3, T10x3, and T40x3 series provide the OEM and Systems Integrator an enclosed panel mount pointing device for rapid installing into a panel, cabinet, or enclosure. A USB or PS/2 cable allows quick connect/disconnect to computers ports.

Switches
CTI's NEMA 4 (IP66) sealed switches are an ideal choice for industrial and medical applications. A variety of standard switches are available, ranging from single button, three-button and three-button with LEDs. In addition, CTI offers unlimited custom screen printing capabilities and custom-designed switches to suit your unique application's every need.

Standard NEMA 4 (IP66) Sealed Switches
The C2000, C6000, and C9000 series of NEMA 4 (IP66) watertight sealing momentary switches provide one, three, or six discreet buttons. OEMs can use these low voltage signal (typically <24vdc, <20mA) switches, with or without backlighting, in harsh environments, extreme temperature ranges, or in areas of high usage (>100,000 hours).

Custom NEMA 4 (IP66) Sealed Switches
All of CTI's standard, molded silicone switches are available with custom screen printing to suit any industrial or medical application. In addition, custom molding is available for those applications requiring a unique fit.

Custom Switches and Keypads
CTI manufactures standard and custom input devices such as switches and industrial keypads. These input devices are available with full travel keys, molded silicone rubber (elastomer) keys or with membrane switch technology. Molded elastomer switch assemblies provide a NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing and use a rigid printed circuit board with gold plated contacts rated at 10 million operations. The assortment of custom switches and keypads can be combined with CTI’s industrial pointing devices and enclosures, or used in fully custom applications (e.g. numeric keypads, pushbutton switches, mouse keypads).

Custom USB Devices
CTI Electronics manufactures standard and custom designed USB input devices and pointing devices; such as USB protocol converters, USB FlightSticks, and USB industrial keyboards. These USB devices use molded silicone rubber (elastomer), providing NEMA 4 (IP66) sealing, and rigid printed circuit boards with gold plated contacts rated at 10 million operations. Elastomer options include color, custom legends, and back-lighting (illumination). CTI will custom design for your specific application(s).
